Senior Recruitment Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join our growing team and represent our brand. Position is based in Dublin 2.

We need someone with strong knowledge and understanding of agency recruitment where they can enjoy opportunities to grow and develop their career.

The Role

This senior account manager will work closely with key clients and manage some of our SLA’s and must establish and build relationships with our existing clients as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and meet hiring requirements.

Source suitable candidates as per our client requirements while maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering a first class experience to all of our clients.

Develop a strong awareness of the business and sourcing new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking events.

You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish – developing client relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and placing candidates, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate and guiding them through the process.

Requirements

  • 5 years + Recruitment, Business Development or Account Management experience
  • Ability to manage key accounts and provide talent solutions for our clients
  • Strong sales experience with the ability to develop the business and meet targets
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working with senior candidates to place them into new job opportunities
  • Essential to the role is the ability to build successful relationships with our clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • Confident and professional individual
  • Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment
