Orange Recruitment is currently seeking Temporary Ad-hoc Receptionist/Administrator staff. We have openings in both Dublin City Centre area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for temporary employment and are available for ad hoc shifts.

Position: Temporary Ad-hoc Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Dublin City Centre

Pay Range: €14-€15 per hour

Shifts: Between 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, email, internet). Reception/customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • IT literate.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.

Note: This is a temporary position with no guaranteed hours or length of employment.
