Responsibilities:

• Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Leading cost planning, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations with confidence
• Supporting and mentoring intermediate and junior QSs across the business
• Providing expert guidance to project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure financial clarity at every stage
• Representing our company in key meetings and driving positive relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
• Championing value engineering, risk management, and commercial strategy on landmark developments

Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
• 7+ years of experience in a senior commercial role within the Irish construction sector
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial, residential, or industrial projects
• Deep knowledge of Irish construction law, public and private contract forms (GCCC, RIAI, etc.)
• A calm, confident communicator with the leadership skills to make an impact from day one
