Our client, a global insurance organisation, is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk Manager to join their Risk Team at their Dublin office. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the focus of this role will involve continuously enhancing and implementing essential risk management procedures. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of risk management best practices and specialised knowledge in Solvency II. This position presents a dynamic and demanding challenge suited for individuals with a robust background in insurance, finance, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing development and production of core risk management processes.
• Lead the production of the ORSA report.
• Lead the production of the Recovery and Resolution planning process.
• Ongoing development of the risk policy suite.

Experience required:

• 5+ years in risk management.
• Financial Risk Management experience.
• Insurance experience is a distinct advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
