Orange Recruitment is seeking a Regulatory Administrator in Dublin 2. The Regulatory Administrator will join our client on a temporary basis and will assist the department with operational activities, quality management, performance management, communication and customer service.

Job type: Fixed term.

Salary: €29,810 per annum

Location: Dublin city.

Overview:

  • Providing support to internal project-related tasks including clearing backlogs and processing requests for product data updates in databases.
  • Ensure effective co-ordination of all assigned cases from point of allocation through to issue.
  • Updating and utilising all relevant systems and databases in a timely manner, including internal workflow system and external European databases, to assist in the efficient processing of assigned applications.
  • Liaising with external customers including pharmaceutical companies and other European regulatory bodies.
  • Working with colleagues to develop and implement quality management policy and practice.
  • Assist in the development and updating of SOPs.
  • Quality checking own workload to ensure accuracy in output.
  • Reporting regularly on progress against specified objectives, goals and performance targets.
  • Ensuring timely response to customer queries.
  • Ensuring that the company policies and procedures are communicated in a consistent way to stakeholders.
  • Working with the Case administrators to agree appropriate performance related targets.

Essential:

  • Previous office experience (at least one year).
  • Have excellent planning and organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and manage large and diverse volumes of work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) and databases.
  • Ability to use initiative and maintain output and productivity.
  • Working in a team environment requiring a high degree of flexibility and collaboration.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and reaching targets.
