Orange Recruitment is seeking a Receptionist to join our client in North Dublin. The Receptionist will be managing a busy phone line and email inbox, addressing customer queries and keeping detailed logs in the company database.

Title: Receptionist.

Job type: Temporary, full time.

Salary: €30,000 per annum.

Location: Finglas.

Overview:

  • Greeting customers who attend the office.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Keeping accurate logs of customer details on the cmpany database.
  • Maintaining the reception area.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing post and deliveries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Providing accurate information via phone and email to customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
