Orange Recruitment is seeking a Receptionist to join our client in North Dublin. The Receptionist will be managing a busy phone line and email inbox, addressing customer queries and keeping detailed logs in the company database.
Title: Receptionist.
Job type: Temporary, full time.
Salary: €30,000 per annum.
Location: Finglas.
Overview:
- Greeting customers who attend the office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Keeping accurate logs of customer details on the cmpany database.
- Maintaining the reception area.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing post and deliveries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Providing accurate information via phone and email to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
