Orange Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor. This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the full cost lifecycle of multiple high-value projects-from initial tender through to final account-within a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost planning, estimation, and commercial management across multiple projects.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation, including detailed bills of quantities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and implement risk and value management strategies.
• Monitor progress and ensure cost control is maintained throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final account processes.
• Produce accurate reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
• Mentor junior QS staff and support their professional development.
