Orange Recruitment are currently sourcing a Maintenance Account Manager for our client based on the Southside of Dublin. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance and contract management. As a Maintenance Account Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Oversee scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks across a variety of building services systems and equipment.
  • Work with the purchasing team to ensure the timely ordering of materials, plant, and equipment required for efficient service delivery.
  • Regularly liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure contract expectations are met, attending meetings to review performance and future requirements.
  • Review and assess contractual work with engineers, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Work collaboratively with management and technical teams to drive service improvements and meet shareholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within construction, facilities management, or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of building services, maintenance processes, and the operation of Permit to Work systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining focus on safety, service, and quality.
