Location: Dublin 4 (On-site)
Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Orange Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading law firm based in Dublin 4. We are currently seeking a Legal Executive to join the Real Estate / Conveyancing Department of a highly regarded legal practice. About the Role:

As a Legal Executive – Real Estate, you will play a key fee-earning role supporting the Property and Real Estate team. Reporting to a senior solicitor, you will independently manage a variety of files and assist with residential and commercial transactions. The role is office-based at a central Dublin 4 location and offers hands-on experience with high-quality property work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential property sales and purchases (registered and unregistered titles).

  • Handle new home sales, probate-related sales, and mortgage transactions.

  • Assist in receivership sales, including preparing contracts for sale.

  • Oversee a large caseload and manage files through to completion.

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, lending institutions, and other third parties.

  • Draft legal documents, file stamp duty returns, and prepare Land Registry applications.

  • Manage client billing, coordinate with accounts, and close/archive files.

Essential Requirements:

  • Legal Executive qualification (e.g., Diploma in Legal Studies).

  • 2+ years’ experience in property law / conveyancing in a legal practice.

  • Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
