HR Support Role
Orange Recruitment is currently sourcing a Human Resources Support Specialist for a high-profile public-sector organisation.Are you an experienced HR professional ready to step into an exciting role where you can make a real impact?
Job Title: Human Resources Support Specialist
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €40,728 per annum (pro rata).
Annual Leave: 23 days (pro rata).
Working Hours: 35 hours per week.
Contract Type: Specified purpose contract, approx. 6 months.
Start Date: Immediate start required.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic HR team dedicated to supporting a large public-sector organisation’s strategic goals. In this role, you’ll provide critical administrative and operational support across all HR functions, contributing to the long-term development of the HR division.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR support role with knowledge of:
- HR policies and procedures.
- Employment legislation.
- HRIS management.
- Data protection regulations.
- Occupational health.
- A professional qualification in HR, Learning & Development, or Business Administration (minimum Level 6 under the QQI Framework).
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- CIPD membership or equivalent.
- Understanding of public sector HR rules and regulations.
- Experience working with PeopleXD (CoreHR) is a plus.
- Expertise in recruitment, learning and development, and health and safety practices.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for HR tasks.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent relationship management abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
