Our client is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their growing team as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in Dublin and Galway.

Previous audiology experience preferred but not essential.

Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Good general standard of education
- Strong customer service skills
- Technically capable and willing to learn new systems and technologies
- IT literate
- Full clean driver’s licence essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied diary

- Support the successful candidate in completing a Foundation Audiology Course on completion of 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Make and attend appointments with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct hearing assessments in accordance with company procedures and professional standards.
- Recommend and sell appropriate hearing solutions based on individual client needs.
- Complete all sales administration and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate audiograms, client records, and diary management systems.
- Submit all required reports, case notes, and monthly activity reports within agreed timeframes.
- Provide exceptional after-sales care and ongoing client support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and service requests.
- Participate actively in KPI reviews, appraisal meetings, and development plans.
- Maintain and develop audiometry, sales, and product knowledge through continuous training.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activity and local opportunities.
- Use company equipment effectively to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays, where required.
- Participate in cross-functional training and undertake additional duties as requested by management.
