Orange Recruitment is looking to add to the team and we’re in search of an experienced Recruitment Manager for our Healthcare team.

Responsible for

General management, operations, profitability, new business generation, compliance, responsible for recruitment, account management, identify new business opportunities, ability to generate, manage and deliver good quality commercial activities to grow the company. Manage, mentor, develop and where appropriate recruit new staff members to the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
    • Source top-tier talent across the healthcare industry
    • Use a range of sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs.
    • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to address client needs and market demands.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and assist in offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
    • Ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
  • Industry Expertise & Market Insights:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, skills gaps, and market competition.
    • Provide clients with valuable advice on workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention.
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor, guide and develop the team under your remit
    • Contribute to the development of team goals and performance metrics
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts to ensure long-term business success.
  • Ensuring the organisation generates the volume and quality of commercially appropriate business deals to ensure the growth and profitability of the division

Experience / Skills required:

Commercially astute Recruitment manager with a minimum of 3 years senior agency recruitment experience with strong knowledge of healthcare services.

Ability to absorb information and become competent in the requirements of the organisation’s obligations to our people, our candidates and our clients.

Experience in managing a diverse group of people with an ability to judge and maximise talent.

Excellent sales, negotiation and deal closing skills.
