Orange Recruitment is looking to add to the team and we‘re in search of an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Healthcare team, based in Dublin 2.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand healthcare staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific healthcare roles
- Build and maintain a diverse network of healthcare professionals to ensure a robust candidate pipeline
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare recruitment
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment
Strong understanding of healthcare industry and various roles within clinical and non-clinical settings
Ability to identify business development opportunities and expand client portfolios
Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Experience managing full recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.
Ability to set goals, track performance, and contribute to team development.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and candidates.
