Allied Health Careers, part of the Facilitas Group are looking for an experienced & motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, based in Dublin 2. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top healthcare professionals for our clients. You will play a vital role in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare recruitment division.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand healthcare staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific healthcare roles
  • Build and maintain a diverse network of healthcare professionals to ensure a robust candidate pipeline
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare recruitment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within an agency setting
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry and various roles within clinical and non-clinical settings
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Day-to-day

  • Source and screen healthcare professionals for various positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs
  • Generate and execute business development strategies to grow client base
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
