Head of Audiology – Ireland

We’re looking for a Head of Audiology to lead clinical excellence and champion modern hearing care across the Irish market.

In this key leadership role, you’ll help embed a global clinical standard of care locally, driving best practice, patient outcomes, customer experience, compliance, and professional development across the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead audiology, compliance, product, and sales training across the business
• Support the design and delivery of induction, orientation, and ongoing L&D programmes
• Develop audit, assessment, and compliance tools to support safe, consistent practice
• Help health care professionals and clinic coordinators build capability in modern hearing care
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support innovation and product adoption
• Represent the organisation on global forums

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial healthcare or medical devices experience
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
• Experience in product, sales, or clinical training
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
• A service-minded, empathetic, collaborative approach
• Full clean driver’s licence
