Our client, an international law firm, seeks to appoint an ambitious Financial Regulation Solicitor in the Newly Qualified – 3PQE range to its expanding Dublin team. Working alongside industry leaders, this position offers the opportunity to work on complex regulatory matters across the banking, investment, asset management, and fintech sectors, advising a diverse range of global clients. Responsibilities will include, advising on Irish and EU financial services regulation in this sector, guiding global clients through regulatory change projects and assisting in navigating Central Bank of Ireland and European Central Bank inspections, reviews, and sanctions. You will be a Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or in the UK, with up to 3 years’ PQE in financial regulation.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or in the UK, with up to 3 years’ PQE in financial regulation.
• Expertise in financial regulation gained in private practice, in-house, or with a financial regulator.
• Proven ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
