Facilities Technician

Orange Recruitment have partnered with a dynamic hospitality group with a portfolio of busy, high-profile bars and restaurants in the heart of Dublin City Centre-and they’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Technician to help keep their. venues running smoothly and safely every day.

Responsabilities:

• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple locations (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)

• Responding to urgent maintenance requests and ensuring minimal downtime in operations

• Coordinating with external contractors and service providers when required

• Conducting routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations

• Supporting venue teams with minor refurbishments, installations, and emergency repairs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a facilities or maintenance technician role (hospitality experience is a bonus)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems

• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently across multiple sites
