The ideal Corporate Receptionist will have strong experience in front desk operations and will have a background in Corporate firms or Legal/Financial firms.
Location: Dublin
Salary: Up to €45,000
Job title: Corporate Receptionist/Fixed term
Key duties: The Corporate Receptionist will be:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Dealing with a high volume of telephone calls.
- Booking internal meeting rooms and related catering.
- Booking taxis.
- Issuing swipe cards.
- Managing various administrative tasks.
- Dealing with queries.
About you:
- You are extremely professional and reliable, with strong experience in Corporate environments.
- You are flexible, can multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
- You are an engaging and confident communicator.
- You are well organised and can work on your own initiative.
- You have experience of working in a corporate environment and are a natural team player.
- You are dependable and flexible and have the ability to work in a busy team and shift environment (7 : 45 am to 6 : 30 pm).
- You understand the importance of confidentiality in this role.
