An international Practice based in Dublin city centre, is seeking to appoint a qualified solicitor within their Corporate M&A team, who provide exceptional legal services to corporate clients. You will be a qualified solicitor, highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.
• 1-4 years PQE from a reputable firm with a focus on Corporate Law and M&A Deals.
• Strong focus on client services and the ability to a manage multiple valuable client relationships.
• Pro-active, working collaboratively with complex matters within a team environment.
• Excellent academics and superior oral and written communication skills.
