We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) – Theatre to join a leading hospital in Dublin.

The successful candidate will provide clinical and operational leadership within the Theatre Department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff support, and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Active NMBI registration (General Division)
• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration acute nursing experience
• Significant Theatre nursing experience
• Previous leadership/management experience in a perioperative setting
• Strong communication, organisational, and team leadership skills
