Salary: 15.00 – 18.00 hourly

Job type: Temporary, full time

Location: Dublin.

Overview:

This role consists of working alongside those within the Financial Department, entering or processing any data/transactions to ensure a consistent, transparent workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling invoices and identifying any resulting discrepancies.
  • Opening and maintaining expense forms, organising company transactions.
  • Using internal databases to input financial transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate, organised physical and digital financial records.
  • Cross-referencing invoices and spreadsheets ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Participating in and propelling monthly, quarterly, yearly financial audits.
  • Preparing bank deposits and filling out any reimbursement forms.

Requirements:

  • Bsc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • Previous experience as Accounts Assistant or Accounts Clerk.
  • Ability to work with and handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Strong maths skills, being able to easily spot numerical errors.
  • Proficient in Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of up to date financial regulations.
