An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global insurance organisation for an experienced Senior HR Lead to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives on influencing at the highest level while delivering meaningful people outcomes across a dynamic and evolving business.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, developing leadership capability, driving organisational change, and creating an exceptional employee experience. Combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery, you’ll help ensure the business has the talent, structure, and culture needed for continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead talent, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support business transformation and change programmes.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide expert HR guidance.
• Contribute to Board reporting and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

About You

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation.
• Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred.
• Strong employment law and employee relations expertise.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
• Experience in organisational change, talent management, and leadership development.
• Chartered CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
