The Opportunity

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to members and customers. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide support across a range of financial transactions, customer queries, account administration, and lending services while ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance.

Essential Experience

Previous customer service experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or a regulated environment.

• Candidates willing to undertake and complete the QFA/APA qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
