Industrial Cleaner

We’re looking for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a varied environment, takes pride in a job well done, and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in. This is far more than a standard cleaning role. You’ll work across a mix of commercial buildings, industrial facilities, residential developments, and specialist projects, providing essential cleaning services that help keep properties safe, presentable, and operating efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering specialist cleaning services across a variety of client locations throughout Dublin.
• Cleaning and restoring external building surfaces using pressure washing equipment and specialist cleaning methods.
• Carrying out professional window cleaning on both internal and external glazing.
• Completing deep-cleaning projects within commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
• Cleaning carpets, upholstery, and soft furnishings using industry-approved equipment and techniques.
• Operating access equipment, powered cleaning machinery, and specialist tools safely and effectively.
• Identifying minor maintenance issues and assisting with property upkeep works when required.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service at all times.
• Following all health and safety procedures and promoting safe working practices on site.
• Working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial cleaning, facilities services, property maintenance, construction support, landscaping, or another practical trade environment.
• Safe Pass certification.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and undertaking physically active work.
• Good attention to detail and genuine pride in producing quality results.
• Reliable, professional, and capable of working independently when required.
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Desirable Experience & Certifications:

• Commercial or high-level window cleaning experience.
• Pressure washing and exterior building cleaning.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning.
• Property maintenance or handyman experience.
• IPAF, MEWP, or Working at Height certification.
• Manual Handling certification.
• Experience using access platforms, powered cleaning equipment, or specialist maintenance tools.
