Claims Quality Assurance Analyst | Dublin

Are you an experienced Claims professional with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? We’re currently partnering with a leading insurance organisation seeking a Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Dublin-based team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring claims are handled consistently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and SLAs. Working across the claims function, you’ll drive quality improvements, identify best practices, and provide valuable insights that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits and reviews of claims files

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and SLAs

Identify trends, claims leakage, and opportunities for process improvement

Produce analysis and reporting to support business decision-making

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers on system and process enhancements

Support complaint management and regulatory audit activities

Develop quality assurance procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

CIP qualified

Claims experience within the General Insurance sector

Minimum 1 year experience in a Quality Assurance, Audit, or Claims Review capacity

Knowledge of Motor, Property, Public Liability, and Employers Liability claims

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
