Refrigeration Technician

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Accurately record all work completed using a digital maintenance management system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Work closely with supervisors and fellow engineers to maintain high technical standards and compliance requirements.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

Essential Requirements:

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification or equivalent refrigeration qualification.
• Proven experience working with commercial and/or industrial refrigeration and cooling systems.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
