Orange Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced RGI Installation Engineer to join our clients expanding team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering high standards, and is confident working independently while supporting less experienced colleagues. As a senior member of the installation team, you will be responsible for domestic boiler installations, customer consultations, fault diagnosis, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission domestic gas boilers in residential properties.
- Carry out site assessments and provide customers with clear and accurate quotations.
- Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of domestic heating systems and boiler brands.
- Maintain high workmanship and safety standards on every project.
- Offer guidance and support to junior engineers when required.
- Liaise with management regarding ongoing projects, technical issues, and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Current RGI registration.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within domestic gas installation and heating systems.
- Strong knowledge of boiler installation, servicing, and fault finding.
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate job quotations.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills.
- Dependable, professional, and capable of working on your own initiative.
- Full clean driving licence.
