Our client is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their growing team as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in Dublin and Galway.

Previous audiology experience preferred but not essential.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Good general standard of education
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Technically capable and willing to learn new systems and technologies
  • IT literate
  • Full clean driver’s licence essential
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied diary

  • Support the successful candidate in completing a Foundation Audiology Course on completion of 2 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and attend appointments with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct hearing assessments in accordance with company procedures and professional standards.
  • Recommend and sell appropriate hearing solutions based on individual client needs.
  • Complete all sales administration and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate audiograms, client records, and diary management systems.
  • Submit all required reports, case notes, and monthly activity reports within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales care and ongoing client support.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and service requests.
  • Participate actively in KPI reviews, appraisal meetings, and development plans.
  • Maintain and develop audiometry, sales, and product knowledge through continuous training.
  • Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activity and local opportunities.
  • Use company equipment effectively to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays, where required.
  • Participate in cross-functional training and undertake additional duties as requested by management.
