Our client, a large Tax Practice Group amongst Irish firms, seeks to appoint an ambitious Tax Advisor to its expanding Dublin team. Working alongside industry leaders, this position offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging tax matters with their international client base. You will be a qualified tax advisor or solicitor, highly client focused and committed to consistently exceeding client expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified as a tax advisor or a solicitor in Ireland or in the UK, with up to 3 years’ PQE.
• Expertise in international tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations.
• Private equity transfers
• Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and flotations
• VAT and indirect taxes and advisory services
• Proven ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
• You are hardworking and resilient, can manage a diverse workload and deliver quality, commercially focused advice
• You are enthusiastic about business development and collaborating to manage valuable client relationships as part of the team.
