Location: Dublin
Salary: €44,000 pro-rate Monday-Thursday.
Job type: Temporary 9 month post, Monday – Thursday.
Key duties:
- Greet and direct visitors in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer and screen a high volume of incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
- Register guests, issue visitor badges, and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to recipients.
- Assist with general office duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing office supplies, and managing meeting room bookings.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and other essential documentation as required.
- Ensure the front office area is always tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed and provide support for office events or meetings.
- Diary management and travel coordination as needed.
