Senior Recruitment Consultant – Banking & Finance
Orange Recruitment are hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This role is suitable for a career focused individual who would like to progress their career in recruitment. This position is based in our Dublin 2 office, however if you are an experienced agency recruiter hybrid / remote working is an option.

The Role
The ideal candidate should be personable with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ambition to succeed. This is a busy role and would suit someone who has the ability to multitask and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
You will have the opportunity to develop your business focusing on the Finance & Banking sectors.
This senior consultant will work closely with key clients and manage some of our SLA’s and must establish and build relationships with our existing clients as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and meet hiring requirements. You will be developing a strong awareness of the business and sourcing new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking events.
You will be supported by colleagues & managers with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. The role will allow you to find new ways to develop your client base, give you the opportunity to work with the management team on new initiatives and projects, provide specialist advice to candidates and clients and develop and implement effective sales plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience recruiting for the Banking & Finance sectors
- Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position including business development
- Ability to manage key accounts and previous experience in pitching business to all levels of management
- Proven record of achieving and exceeded sales targets
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced, driven team
- People focused with the ability to build, develop and maintain key relationships and build a strong network
- Knowledge of the construction or sales & marketing sectors would be ideal
- Capability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment
