Job Title: Clerical Officer Grade IV
Location: North Dublin
Start Date: March 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35hours per week)
Hourly rate of pay: €18.00 – €19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Manage general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and handling documentation.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and departmental events.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the management of databases and assist in data analysis as required.

Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Handle communication channels including phone, email, and postal services professionally and efficiently.

Financial Administration:
- Assist with financial processes such as invoice processing, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and budget monitoring.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of new systems and process improvements as directed by management.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to promote a cohesive working environment.
- Provide support to other administrative staff during periods of high workload or absence.
Essential Criteria:

Education & Experience:
- Minimum of QQI Level 6 or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a similar role.

Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
