About the Company – Orange Recruitment, part of the Facilitas Group, is seeking an experienced & motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Dublin 2. We are dedicated to identifying and recruiting top healthcare professionals for our clients, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the success of our healthcare recruitment division.
About the Role – The Healthcare Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand healthcare staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified professionals through various sourcing methods.
A minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in the healthcare sector is required.
This role can be office based in Dublin 2, hybrid or remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand healthcare staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific healthcare roles
- Build and maintain a diverse network of healthcare professionals to ensure a robust candidate pipeline
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare recruitment
Qualifications – Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, strong understanding of the healthcare industry, proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in healthcare recruitment, within an agency setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry and various roles within clinical and non-clinical settings
- Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
