Location: Dublin 18
Hourly rate: €16 per hour
Job type: On site, 1 week, Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating information on the company database.
- Using Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.
- Cold calling external stakeholders to gather their contact details and updating them on the company system.
- Advertising and promoting an upcoming webinar, providing accurate information over the phone.
- Performing administrative duties, such as filing, data entry and managing correspondence.
Essential:
- Strong experience in managing cold calls and outbound calls.
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong IT proficiency (specifically Microsoft Word and Excel).
