About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Labels Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Labels Team, ensuring that all label updates and changes are processed efficiently and in line with business priorities. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Registration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales to manage label queries and updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Registration label files to reflect current approval certificates.
  • Work with Regulatory Consultants to update labels as needed.
  • Prepare new word labels for registration submissions and new approvals.
  • Proofread and approve all label artwork before printing.
  • Maintain accurate records of label updates and scrapped labels in the Label Status Tracker (LST).
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to prioritize label-related tasks.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Labels Cluster to ensure clear communication on priorities and ongoing projects.
  • Review and manage LST entries, ensuring timely closure of old entries.
  • Oversee staffing levels, training, and continuous process improvements within the labels area.
  • Review and approve manuals and procedures related to labeling processes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience working under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions and prioritize tasks.
  • A team player with proven experience in building collaborative partnerships.
  • Previous experience in a similar role managing labeling or document control processes is an advantage.
