Operations Analyst, Insurance sector Dublin

We are excited to announce our partnership with an Irish-owned company that specialises in bespoke insurance solutions for the public service, education, and health sectors. They are seeking an operations analyst to support a high performing underwriting team, based in their Dublin.

You will directly contribute to streamlining operations, enhancing controls, support process improvement, reporting, and systems development, helping to streamline workflows, enhance controls, and provide insights that contribute to business decisions within the Underwriting Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and improve underwriting processes and system developments.
• Produce and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and analysis.
• Deliver ad hoc support to underwriting and reinsurance teams.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and activity logs to support oversight.

Essential Experience required:

• 2+ years’ experience in an Irish insurance environment.
• Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator.
• Relevant professional (APA, CIP) qualification.
