Exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse at a leading Private Acute Hospital in South Dublin.

Role Summary:
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring a safe and person-centred approach in line with hospital policies and professional guidelines. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to all patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed, adhering to hospital and NMBI guidelines.
- Promote infection prevention and control practices.
- Support new staff and student nurses through education and mentoring.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with An Bord Altranais / NMBI (active PIN).
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting (Medical / Surgical / Theatre / Day Unit / HDU desirable).
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid work permit).
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in Medical, Surgical, Day Surgery, Oncology, Endoscopy, Orthopaedics, Theatre, or Cardiac Services.
- Post-graduate qualification or ongoing study in a relevant specialty area.
- Strong teamwork ethos and patient advocacy mindset
