Social Care Worker

CORU registered Social Care Worker or CORU in process applicants urgently required for an esteemed adult intellectual residential service in Kildare. Be part of a dedicated, person-centred team delivering high-quality support to vulnerable adults. This fulfilling role offers the chance to promote independence, inclusion, and a meaningful quality of life within a residential environment. A full driving licence and Level 7 in Social Care is required.

Salary Scale: €36,379 – €52,445 per annum

Duration: Full time – 40 hours per week – Permanent

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Authorised to work in Ireland
  • CORU registered or in process of registration
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Heath or Social Care
  • A full driver’s licence and availability of own car is an essential requirement
  • Candidates must have 1 year of experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities
  • An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services
