Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)
Salary: €46,466 – €55,244

Location: Kildare, Kilkenny, Dublin

Role

The Team Leader will manage the day-to-day operations of a residential and/or day service supporting adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities and autism. The role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports that promote independence and community inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support staff team
• Ensure delivery of person-centred care and support plans
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and standards
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and stakeholders
• Complete administrative duties and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Level 7 qualification (Social Care or equivalent)
• 2+ years’ management experience
• 3+ years’ experience in disability or social care
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full driver’s licence

• Police clearance may be required for time spent abroad
