Site Safety & Compliance Officer – €58k – Dublin

Orange Recruitment have partnered with a growing utilities and infrastructure operation who is currently seeking an experienced Site Safety & Compliance Officer to support ongoing projects and operational teams across multiple active sites. Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site inspections, compliance audits and safety reviews across operational sites
• Supporting operational teams and contractors to maintain high safety standards
• Investigating incidents and assisting with corrective action implementation
• Delivering toolbox talks, site briefings and safety awareness initiatives
• Monitoring trends, reporting findings and supporting preventative measures
• Assisting with RAMS reviews, compliance documentation and risk assessments
• Providing practical site safety guidance and operational support
• Participating in project planning stages, site reviews and pre-handover inspections
• Promoting a strong and proactive safety culture across all operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant Health & Safety qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a site safety, compliance or operational HSE role
• Previous experience within utilities, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of audits, inspections and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong IT and reporting capability
• Full clean driving licence
• Water, wastewater or utilities sector experience advantageous
