Service Delivery Administrator (Temporary, Full-Time)
Salary: €45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Centre Administrator to join their national operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential services that have a real and positive impact across communities in Ireland. You’ll be part of a high-performing, supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of operational processes, manage important casework and data, and contribute to continuous improvement across key business areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage queries from stakeholders and ensure all correspondence is handled professionally and promptly.
  • Review and process information accurately, maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Support the appraisal, review, and decision-making process for applications and funding requests.
  • Produce reports, maintain records, and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date.
  • Support the coordination and resolution of appeals and complaints, ensuring fairness and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve systems, processes, and service outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and assist with project and policy development work as required.

About You

You are:

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Customer-focused, committed to delivering high-quality service and communication.
  • Analytical and proactive, able to identify issues and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working across multiple priorities and teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in a customer-facing or public service environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
