Senior Project Manager

Orange Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy team delivering an extensive pharmaceutical project in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major live project within a highly regulated, high-performance environment.

The Role:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of a €20M pharma project on-site
• Manage all aspects of project execution, scheduling, and coordination
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and validation
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, cost, and timelines
• Act as key point of contact for stakeholders and client teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale pharma / life sciences projects
• Strong background in project management within regulated environments
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced site operations
• Experience working with engineering consultancies or EPC environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
