Senior PM / Project Director

Orange Recruitment are partnering with a leading project engineering consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director into a key position with a major energy provider in Ireland. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the critical link between project delivery teams and Operations & Maintenance (O&M), ensuring seamless coordination across multiple assets and projects.

The Role:

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of energy infrastructure projects across Ireland
• Act as the primary interface between project teams and asset management / O&M functions
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational phase
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, delivery, and operations teams
• Report directly into the Director of Asset Management
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior PM / Project Director within energy, utilities, or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle + operational integration (O&M)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at senior level
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-value project environments
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
