Orange Recruitment is currently supporting a highly regarded engineering services business as they continue to grow their team of Refrigeration & HVAC Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently to minimise downtime for customers
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service on every site visit
• Recording works completed through digital maintenance systems
• Supporting occasional installation and upgrade projects
• Participating in an on-call rota for emergency breakdown support
• Working alongside experienced technical managers and engineers to maintain high standards across all sites

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of plant and equipment, including:

• Commercial refrigeration systems
• Chillers and cooling equipment
• Air conditioning systems
• Air handling units and ventilation plant
• Mechanical and electrical control systems

Requirements:

• F-Gas Category 1 certification or an equivalent refrigeration qualification
• Experience working on commercial or industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• A full driving licence
• The ability to manage workloads independently
• A professional attitude and excellent communication skills
