Orange Recruitment are seeking, on behalf of our client, applications from enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapists for both Senior Grade and Staff Grade positions. These exciting opportunities involve working across both children’s and adult services within a dynamic, supportive multidisciplinary team.
Physiotherapist – Senior Grade & Staff Grade
Location: Dublin / Greater Dublin Area
Sector: Healthcare
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €44,122 – €74,509 (Senior Grade & Staff Grade)
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Grade:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions for children and adults with a range of complex needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to junior staff and students.
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, and other health professionals to develop person-centred care plans.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and quality improvement processes.
- Supervise and support clinical governance activities including audits and CPD.
Staff Grade:
- Provide physiotherapy input as part of a multidisciplinary team in both community and clinic-based settings.
- Undertake assessments, plan treatment programmes, and deliver interventions under supervision where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with best practice and data protection regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, training and service development discussions.
Essential Requirements (Both Grades):
- CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full clean driving licence and access to a car may be required for community-based work.
Additional Requirements (Senior Grade):
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification clinical experience, with at least 6 months in a paediatric or disability setting preferred.
- Experience in managing a caseload and supporting more junior staff.
Desirable:
- Experience working with individuals with complex physical and/or developmental needs.
- Previous exposure to both adult and children’s disability services.
- Training in postural management, orthotics, or specialist equipment.
