Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive
Location: Dublin City
Salary: €35,000 – €38,000 per annum

Orange Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive to join its Dublin-based insurance brokerage team. This role will work closely with the Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines, supporting the continued development of the personal lines division while delivering a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring an exceptional level of customer care
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Support the Head of Private Clients & Personal Lines in the ongoing growth and development of the division
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve service and business targets
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve retention
• Use internal systems efficiently to manage client workflows and information
• Represent the organisation with professionalism, maintaining high standards and values

Skills & Experience

• APA and/or CIP qualified
• Previous experience in insurance, ideally within personal lines
• Familiarity with insurance systems and software
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
