Orange Recruitment is recruiting for a Person in Charge (PIC) for The Bridge, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
This residential service supports approximately 14 adults with mild to moderate support needs. I’ve attached the full Job Description for your review.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Required:
* Minimum QQI Level 7 – BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or equivalent Health/Social Care qualification
* Ideally a postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or a relevant Management discipline
* Minimum 3 years’ senior management experience with strategic planning responsibilities
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the health, social care, or voluntary sector

Role Details:
* Salary: €54,422 – €60,922 per annum (based on 40 hours)
* On-call allowance: €3,904
* Location: Co. Kildare
* Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours)
