We are looking to recruit a receptionist on behalf of our client based in Blanchardstown on a temporary basis. This role is a part-time position working 16+ hours per week over evenings and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities will include
- Meet and greet visitors upon arrival
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Responsible for incoming emails
- Diary management
- Opening and closing premises
- Stock control and replenishments, upkeep of public areas
- Dealing with suppliers
- Work closly with the Operations team in meeting support and updating bookings
- Occasional support at events
The successful candidate will have
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in office administration would be an advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good level of proficiency in MS Office
- Ensure confidentiality and have the ability to deal with sensitive informaiton
