Orange Recruitment has partnered with a growing technical services business who is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day coordination of its engineering and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Scheduling engineers and managing service appointments
- Tracking work orders and monitoring job completion
- Producing operational reports and service updates
- Managing service-related documentation and compliance records
- Assisting with subcontractor coordination
- Supporting invoicing and purchase order administration
- Maintaining employee training and certification records
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration, scheduling or operations support
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Good reporting and data management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
