Orange Recruitment has partnered with a growing technical services business who is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day coordination of its engineering and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Scheduling engineers and managing service appointments
  • Tracking work orders and monitoring job completion
  • Producing operational reports and service updates
  • Managing service-related documentation and compliance records
  • Assisting with subcontractor coordination
  • Supporting invoicing and purchase order administration
  • Maintaining employee training and certification records

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in administration, scheduling or operations support
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Good reporting and data management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
