Executive Assistant

Orange Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to senior leadership for one of our client’s. This role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring leaders are supported effectively, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and business objectives. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to multiple senior executives
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring effective prioritisation of time
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and briefing materials
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing requests and aligning them with priorities
  • Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic sessions
  • Track actions and follow-ups, ensuring progress and accountability
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively prepare materials or logistics
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Draft and coordinate communications on behalf of executives where required
  • Ensure executives are supported in a way that maximises their time and impact
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics as required
  • Provide coordination support for key business initiatives
  • Support governance activities including tracking deliverables and preparing updates
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
